 2. How to use Pendrive?

 Connect both pendrive and dongle devices to the computer system.  Double click on "VideoPlayer" and click on the videos you want to play.

 3. How does this course help me?

 You can understand the basics of each topic and segment with help from video lectures, concept sheets and practice tests.  It will also help you save time in traveling and attending classes, which can be utilized for self-study.

 4. Which course should I opt for?

 All courses are designed subject specific, you can pick the subject in which you are lacking or getting a low score.  Each topic covers all topics that are helpful in SSC, Banking, Railway, Defense and other competitive exams.  Subject wise / individual subject course.

 5. What will be the medium of this course?

 The content will be written on the board in the English, and the explanation will be in Hindi.  You can see demo videos for reference.

 6. If I order the pendrive, then when can I expect to receive?

 As soon as we receive your order, we will dispatch pendrive via DTDC Courier or Indian Post.  You 'll receive it with 5-7 working days.

 7. After payment, when will my package be activated?

 As soon as payment is done, your package will be activated online in your Job Ki Janeta account immediately and you can start your preparation.

 8. How many times can I play the videos?  Do I need internet for it?

 The videos can be played unlimited times within the given validity period.  You do not need to play the videos on the internet.

 9. Can I use the pendrive for my personal use?

 Yes, you can use it for your personal use but be sure that as long as the validity you should back up.  So if pen drive gets corrupted by virus your data will be safe.

 10. What do you mean by Validity?

 The course will work until the Specific given time period.  After that you can either upgrade it or just format the pen drive and use it normally.

 11. Can I upgrade / renew the validity?

 Yes.  You can upgrade / renew the pendrive course.

 12. What if a pendrive or dongle is lost, Damaged, Broken or Misplaced?

 We are not responsible for any of these types of problems or situations.  In this case, we suggest you purchase a new pendrive course.
